(first, blend the almonds until creamy smooth in 1/2 the water, then add the rest of the ingredients)

Milk Free Milk Shake
(Choose organic foods when possible)
8-10 oz. pure water
1.5 oz. Egg White Protein (vanilla or chocolate)
½ large frozen banana
1 tsp. flax seed oil
1 tsp. Xanthan Gum (optional) (purchase at local health food store)
10 drops liquid Stevia (natural herb that has a unique sweet taste without carbs)
Directions:
In a blender place all the ingredients and mix until smooth and frothy.
Pour the milk shake into your favorite glass and enjoy a dairy-free milk
